Access decides more than budget.
Most gardens can take a pod. What varies is how it gets there and whether the local authority wants an application. Both are answered at the survey, before you pay anything.
Do you need permission?
Usually not. A smaller Habitat used as an office, gym or garden room normally falls under permitted development. A larger one you sleep in is a different question, and we make the application for you.
Conservation areas, listed buildings, national parks and flood zones all change the answer. We check the designations against your address before the survey and tell you what we find, either way.
What the crane needs.
None of these are absolute. We have craned modules over houses, brought them in across a neighbouring field, and split a twin cabin across two days at low tide. If the numbers do not work, the survey says so before you commit.
