A Habitat1 pod is not a shell you finish later. The monocoque frame, the triple-glazed façade, the underfloor heating, the air handling, the lighting scenes and the surfaces are all specified and built together before it leaves the line.
You choose a model and a finish. We survey the ground, pour or pin the base, and deliver. There is no trade sequence, no six-month site, no snagging list running into next year.

Every model shares the same chassis, façade system and services core, so specification carries across the range.
